Please use this format when writing and sending lessons plans to be added to this Duval Art Teacher web page.

Word document forms have been created (scroll down this page to attachments) for downloading that you can resave with the title of your lesson plan. Your word document (lesson) can be emailed to beach_patricia@bellsouth.net for review. The lesson will then be added to the grade level page.

RUBRIC - whole class assessment sheets have been developed for each grade level based upon the Florida Visual Art Standards. The forms were created using Microsoft word. (Scroll down to attachements on this page). You can download the document and type in your needed information.
