Still can't add photos

Trish, could you instruct me on what I am doing wrong? I am a registered member, but can't add any pictures on the albums. I applied to be a writer, in hopes this would correct the problem? When I go to photo I don't have any place on the top left that says add photo.Thanks walkadog Do you find this valuable?

I click on Photos, and add the photos using the information on the help page. You could send me your jpeg images and tell me where you want them added.

I have no problem with my personal computer. The only time I have problem is when I try adding a photo that is too large of a file. I cannot add photo's when I use a computer owned by Duval county.
